Why is a Technician needed?
Performing a complete movie repair meeting your quality expectations is really hard. It is not the kind of task that we can fully automate.
In the near future, the easiest and most common cases will be automated and new features like a repair module might be added to Treasured. But today, all the cases go through a Technician.
