Duration categories:
- Short Clip: one damaged file, up to 10 minutes of audio or video.
- Short Film: up to 40 minutes of audio or video spread over up to 3 files.
- Unlimited: any number of files recorded with same settings.
- Special: Repair after DeepMediaScan, or Blind repair or Investigative repair.
Discount for recurrent customers: Move one cell up to find the discounted price, two cells if it is the third time, ...
Urgent Repair: Move one cell down. 24 hours turn-around time.
