Sending us a sample of the damaged footage comes first. Only after that can we prepare your Repair Kit.

This interactive demo will show you how the Repair Kit works.
In this demo, your goal is to recover a corrupted DAT file recorded by your Canon EOS R5.
You have previously sent a Repair Request through Treasured app, and after exchanging a few messages with our technicians, you are now ready to try your Repair Kit!

For the moment in TRIAL mode: you can repair the video with a watermark - The program prompts to choose a file to repair
- The damaged file is processed — a TRIAL file is created
- You can watch the repaired video with a watermark
- The .TRIAL file is instantly converted into a regular .MP4 file
Now any video application can use the repaired video. Mission complete!
TRIAL mode
Your Repair Kit lets you verify the repaired videos with a watermark.
Upon payment, the repaired files are instantly converted to their native format, that can be MOV, MP4, MXF, BRAW or CRM, depending on the camera and video format used.
Video and audio is recovered with original quality, and repaired files are compatible with your production workflow.
Batch Repair
Your Repair Kit has a batch mode.
Just create a queue of damaged files to repair and let the program process them.
Repair Kit on other platforms
Windows and Linux users can use their Repair Kit directly in their Treasured web account. No need to install software on the PC.
The “heavy lifting” also occurs on your PC — your video is not uploaded to our servers.
Repaired videos are then written to your PC by the web browser.
Live Preview
You can view the video while it is being repaired, but Live Preview is optional because it slows down the repair.
Besides Live Preview, Treasured also provides free downloadable previews before payment.
