Why people, not software?
For video recovery, software is blind and clumsy.
Only skilled technicians can determine if your corrupted footage can be repaired and whether original quality will be restored. Of course we use software, but people is in charge.
First, your Repair Technician will analyze a sample of the corrupted footage sent by Treasured and confirm the repairability.
If you have special needs — deadline, workflow, insurance — we will work out a plan.
Finally, we send you a preview and a quote.
Preparing your Repair Kit
If you decide to move forward, your Repair Technician will then prepare a Repair Kit.
The program is developed specifically to repair your footage, and fixes the files directly on your PC, letting you watch the repaired videos (with a watermark).
Up to this point, all the service is free and without commitment.
After payment, we offer extended assistance
The results are guaranteed.
Were you to encounter any problem with the repaired videos — after watching them or during post-production — we will work on the solution.
A second or third iteration of your Repair Kit, if needed, is included in the service.
